The app provides remote clocking for clocking in/out and undefined times, as well as remote job costing clocking with the option to clock in/out on specific job codes. Users can also create job codes and share the app, and receive push notifications. The app provides daily and weekly overviews of hours worked, a clocking report, and the ability to log a support query on the go. Additionally, mobile clock usage can be disabled for specific employees if required.
By default, the camera, location, and USB permissions are disabled. Users must enable the permissions in Settings > Application Manager > Select the Application > Open Permissions and Activate. The app requires the latest web-based software version, a compatible handset, a data connection, and location permission allowed for tracking.
